Our vibe — All of our classes are beginner-friendly and our instructors are trained to assist all levels. We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before class for bike set up and ensure your waivers are signed. This will allow our crew to set you properly on the bike! Keep in mind that the bike policy applies if you have not signed in 4 minutes before the start of class. If you are running late, please give Rise Studio Maui a call. Once class has started, there is a 4 minute grace period before we won’t allow riders into class for safety and liability reasons.

During class, it is important to hydrate and listen to your body. Take the breaks and modifications given by the Instructor when needed. Our Instructors are trained to encourage and lead a class for all levels but you absolutely do not have to do anything that does not feel good.

We offer bottle water for purchase and earplugs for music if needed, please ask our Front Desk Crew.

We recommend athletic leisure and fitted bottoms that won’t get in the way of the pedals. Whatever that you are the most comfortable in but keep in mind that we will get sweaty!

For our men riders, please keep your shirt on during class.

We offer clip-in shoe rental for $3, or you can bring your own clip-in cycling shoes. Our bikes are compatible with SPD and LOOK Delta cleats. The first shoe rental is complimentary.

You will need to set up and account in order to schedule and manage your classes. You will need a valid class credit or membership to reserve a bike. To buy a class credit or membership, please sign up via app or website.

The schedule goes live every Monday at 12pm HST for class schedules and booking.
